Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 calendar days from the ship date to request a return.
All products must be shipped back unopened in the original packaging within THIRTY (30) calendar days of the ship date. The packaging/product must not be opened or defaced in any way or a return will not be issued or a restocking fee up to 20% may be applied. Including a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase is recommended or there may be a delay on your return. Return items are only eligible for store credit, which will be applied to your account in the form of a gift card.
To initiate a return, you can visit the Original Remi Returns Portal or access your orders in your account. A prepaid shipping label will be emailed upon approval. Please note that there is a flat $15.00 fee for the return shipping label.
The client may use their own shipping label, but is responsible for any return shipping fees and liability. We recommend that you use an insured registered mail service as returns not received by us cannot be exchanged or credited to you. Fashion World Ent., Inc. is not responsible for any lost or damaged shipments.

If more than 21 business days have passed since approving your return request, and the return item(s) have not been shipped back to us, your return will become invalid for a return/store credit.
Items sent back to us without initiating the return at the Original Remi Returns Portal will not be accepted.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, store credit will be applied to your account in the form of a gift card, which can be accessed through the store credit email. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items / final sale items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), items marked as `Final Sale’, and personal care goods (such as shampoos and conditioner. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
